He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a qualification obtained in 2019 and
seven years of pre-qualification experience, Sriranga has been exposed to a wide range of audits and
taxation matters across various industries. Notably, his tenure with the Omega Group of Hospitals, the
second-largest chain of oncology hospitals in India, provided him with invaluable insights into
streamlining internal controls, preparing financial statements, facilitating mergers, establishing SOPs,
and dealing with financial institutions.
Sriranga's proficiency extends to financial modeling, income tax matters, internal audits, statutory
audits, virtual CFO services, Ind AS, and loan negotiations. His deep understanding of Indian laws and
regulations, coupled with his expertise in navigating the complexities of the corporate taxation system,
enables him to offer strategic solutions tailored to each client's requirements.

understanding of client needs, he specializes in Government audits and excels in providing financial
advisory services. Having run his own business, Nandi possesses firsthand insight into the complexities of
business requirements. His expertise extends to income tax filings, registrations and compliances,
internal audits, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients. With Nandi on board, we offer a holistic
approach to financial solutions, tailored to meet your business objectives effectively.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2019 and a Commerce graduate from Adikavi Nannayya
University, Rajahmundry.
He has three years of experience in R.B. Associates in the Audit & Assurance Division. Considering his
potential and adaptive working style, he has been absorbed into core team of R.B. Associates as a partner.
In Practice since 2022, he has extensive exposure in direct taxes, Audit and Ind AS across various sectors
including IT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Healthcare etc.
He is acting as a consultant and provides his valuable insights on various issues concerning audit, direct

Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at one of the top 25 Public Accounting Companies in the United
States, Chandrasena brings invaluable experience in financial reporting aligned with US GAAP standards.
Her tenure as a Senior Accountant for over two years has enriched her with extensive knowledge and
hands-on experience in navigating the complexities of financial reporting in the US market.
Chandrasena is known for her commitment, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. She's
currently pursuing Certified Public Accountancy (CPA), which will enhance our firm's growth opportunities.

He is an Associate member of The Institute along with a bachelor in commerce from Indira Gandhi National
Open University. He has achieved AIR 10 in CA examinations. He has IND AS certificate from the ICAI. He is
Dedicated and results-driven with over 2 years of experience in providing comprehensive financial services
and strategic guidance to diverse clients. Possessing a solid foundation in accounting principles,
taxation, and regulatory compliance. Provided accounting and taxation services to a diverse portfolio of
clients, including individuals, small businesses, and corporations. He has Prepared and filed tax returns,
ensured compliance with tax laws, and represented clients in tax audits and disputes. Assisted clients in
developing financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve their financial goals. Advised clients
